Avio Super Welder Typ: AVIO TCW-215 Avio Bügellötgenerator Beim TCW-215 aus dem Produktsortiment Avio von Hilpert electronics handelt es sich um einen programmierbaren Impuls-Lötgenerator,der je nach Spezifikation zum Reflowlöten oder zum Thermokompressions-Bonden eingesetzt werden kann.Standheizung, Vorheizung und das Temperaturprofil zum Löten sind frei programmierbar und können auf die Kundenbedürfnisse bzw. Anwendungen abgestimmt werden.Das Temperaturprofil wird auf dem LCD-Display dargestellt, die einzelnen Lötprogramme können im System bearbeitet und abgespeichert werden.Der Generator ist mit einer RS-232-Schnittstelle ausgestattet und eignet sich auch zur Integration in Automaten.Der Löt-/Bondkopf kann pneumatisch, elektrisch oder mechanisch über ein Fußpedal aktiviert werden.Der Elektrodendruck ist stufenlos zwischen 0,07 und 4,5 kg einstellbar.Das Gerät eignet sich zum Verlöten von Steckern, Flexprints, LCDs und Flachbankkabeln.
